Spanning 68 m², the apartment features a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. The living area is located on the first floor. A cozy corner couch and an armchair invite you to relax in the evenings. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a CD player, and a radio. The dining area is integrated into the living room and offers plenty of space for shared meals. From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny balcony.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker round out the kitchen amenities.
On the same level is the first bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a large closet. A high chair is available for young guests. A staircase in the living area leads to the open-concept second bedroom, which is also furnished with a double bed. Curtains or roller shades provide privacy and block out light.
The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and towel warmer. A curtain serves as additional privacy.
