The vacation rental is located on the upper floor and is about a 30-minute walk from a natural beach. Spanning 65 m², the apartment features a combined living and dining area with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. The balcony, with its view of the greenery, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.
In the living area, you’ll find a sleeper sofa and a reading chair for cozy evenings. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and board games. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals. The fireplace provides cozy warmth and comfort, especially during the colder months. You can access the balcony from the living area.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker round out the kitchen amenities.
On the upper floor, accessible via a space-saving staircase, there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.
The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower (with a raised entry), a toilet, a sink with an illuminated mirror, and a towel warmer. A roller shade provides privacy here.
