About this apartment rental
The apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor. It is a 53 m² comfortable, cozy apartment with a wonderful view of the mill and the lighthouse. From the large balcony you can see the sea and the masts of the sailboats. The balcony is equipped with comfortable furniture and is at noon in the sun. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a 1.80 m sofa bed of good quality in the living area.
There is a free Wi-Fi, a LED flat screen Smart TV and a music system available. A fireplace ensures a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings. Firewood is in the shed ready for you.
The kitchen has been newly installed in 2017 and has a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Beach Runner Apartments:
The apartments are designed by the architect N. Wöhlk newly created in a former Büdnerei. The house is located on a large garden plot. The three 53, 58 and 63 m² apartments stand out through a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the cooling and the mill. Marina, beach and city center are within easy reach. Guests looking for relaxation and tranquility are right here. Baker and supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes. Our guests have access to a large garden with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area. Each apartment has a parking space, a bicycle shed is available.
The unique location of the apartments is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, for example to Heiligendamm or in the cooling. In about 3 km away is the golf course, there are taster courses possible.

Enjoy a fantastic panoramic view from the cooling of the mill to the harbor with the masts of sailboats.
From noon, the spacious balconies are in the sun, which you can accompany on your cozy balcony furniture throughout the afternoon and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
On cooler days, you can heat the fireplace. We have some wood ready for you in the small woodshed on the garden plot.

Eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete FW. Sehr sauber. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten (Brotmesser, Schneidebrett, Hocker zum Ablegen von Garderobe im Bad und Schlafzimmer) war alles vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, weil wir viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs waren. Strandurlauber müssen allerdings einen sehr langen Fußweg auf sich nehmen.
Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön. Rundum ,es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die FW nur weiter empfehlen.

Lage der Fewo am Ortsrand von Kühlungsborn -Ost, angenehm ruhige Lage mit guter Aussicht / Einkaufsmarkt Netto zu Fuß in ca. 7 Min. erreichbar/ zum Strand ca. 20 Min/ guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren / Abstellmöglichkeit für PKW und Fahrräder im Grundstück vorhanden
Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betten sind o.k., 3-türiger Kleider-Wäsche-Schrank vorhanden/ Küchenzeile ist etwas unpraktisch (obere Fächer der Hängeschränke sind nicht erreichbar, kaum Abstellfläche), Geschirr und Küchenausstattung sind teilweise abgenutzt und erneuerungsbedürftig, insbesondere die elektrischen Geräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster / es fehlt auch an Kleinigkeiten (Topflappen, Topfdeckel, Haken für Geschirrtuch), allgemeine Sauberkeit mittelmäßig (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher mussten erst gereinigt werden)/ Die Handtücher gem. Wäschepaket waren schon sehr dünn, gut, wenn man noch eigene dabei hatte.
Eine Betreuung durch den Vermieter war nicht gegeben.
Von Vorteil wäre auch die Bereitstellung eines Sonnenschirms auf dem Balkon.
Abgesehen von o.g. Mängeln, die vom Vermieter ja abgestellt werden können, kann die Wohnung an Gleichgesinnte weiter empfohlen werden.

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Apartment. Die Angaben auf der Internetseite stimmen 100% und die Wohnungen, wir konnten alle drei Wohnungen ansehen, sind geschmackvoll, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Super nette Vermieter, die allen Wünschen nachkamen und sogar ein wenig Familienanschluss boten, was sehr interessant war, da lang eingesessene Kühlungsborner. Absolut empfehlenswert mit guten Angeboten, Restaurants und Wellness- Bereich in der Nähe. Besonders auch für Familien mit Kindern ansprechend, da große Rasenfläche und Ball- Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück direkt an den Wohnungen vorhanden sind. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!
