On 58 m² you will find a spacious, bright apartment with modern furnishings. This apartment is located on the ground floor. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The dining area is located in the conservatory, a cozy place with a beautiful view of the countryside invites you to an extended breakfast. The winter garden is adjoined by a terrace that leads to the garden.
In the living area you will find a modern, beautiful corner sofa to relax and unwind. An LED flat screen Smart TV and a music system provide for your entertainment.
In the colder months, underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides a cozy atmosphere. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and 2 additional sleeping places on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is according to the planning of the architect N. Wöhlk newly created in a former Büdnerei. The house is located on a large garden plot. The apartment is absolutely quiet, yet the beach road with its shops, the city center, the marina and the beach are within easy reach. Guests looking for relaxation and tranquility are right here. Bakers and supermarket can be reached in 6-8 minutes walk. Our guests have access to a large garden with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area. Each apartment has a parking space, a bicycle shed is available.
The unique location of the apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, for example to Heiligendamm or in the cooling. In about 2 km away is the golf course, there are taster courses possible.
Apartment 1: The special feature of Apartment 1 is a conservatory that expands the living area and creates plenty of space.
The conservatory is adjoined by a separate terrace.
Of course, the garden with barbecue and beach chair is at your disposal.
Especially on darker days, the apartment 1 through the winter garden is very bright.
The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating for the cooler days, so the apartment is always cozy.
A bicycle shed at the house is available.
A free parking space belongs to the apartment.
On cooler days, you can heat the fireplace. We have some wood ready for you in the small woodshed on the garden plot.

eine schöne ruhig gelegene Wohnung, ein schöner Wintergarten und ein schöner Garten indem auch mein Hund sich wohlfühlte.
Leider funktionierte das W-Lan nicht so gut, es funktionierte lediglich wenn man sich im Schlafzimmer aufhielt und dann auch nur sporalisch. Im Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns ein Verdunklungsrollo bzw Gardinen gewünscht da es sehr hell im Schlafzimmer ist sobald die Sonne aufging.
Ansonsten aber alles tip top

1 Woche Urlaub mit der Frau in Kühlungsborn in perfekter Lage und einer schönen Sauberen Wohnung. Teils mit Meerblick und Blick auf die Felder.Die Vermieter sind super Nett und man kann auch mal den Bootstrailer mit Boot auf den Grundstück parken. Vom Trubel war nicht viel mit zu bekommen da zu diesen Zeitpunkt wenig los ist. Wir können es Kleinfamilien empfehlen da dort alles gepasst hat. Was uns am besten gefallen hat war der Kamin der auch jeden Abend seine Dienste erweißen musste. Wir kommen wieder ;-)

Tolle super eingerichtete FeWo mit Kamin und tollen Blick vom Balkon. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit grossen Grundstück.
Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren sehr gut in Schuss und die Vermieter waren stets hilfsbereit.
Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
Man braucht ca. 10-15 minuten bis zum Hafen und Strand

Die Angaben entsprachen genau der angemieteten Ferienwohnung. Daher ein großes Lob an die Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und es war alles so wie es sein soll. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung jedem ohne wenn und aber weiter empfehlen.
