Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can enjoy the idyllic tranquility of the countryside. In Wittenbeck, you can quickly reach the natural beach just 3 km away, and the golf course is within walking distance. The lively Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn—with its fine sandy beach, marina, and numerous shopping options—is just under 10 minutes away by car.

The Am Grün residential complex is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the Kühlung forest—directly nestled in nature. The adjacent fields offer sweeping views. The location is an ideal starting point for bike rides and hikes. The associated carport facility is located on the street side of the residential complex.

BRIGHT AND COZY 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH 2 BALCONIES - PURE NATURE AND PURE RELAXATION
This spacious 3-room vacation rental on the second floor of the Am Grün residential complex offers approximately 75 m² of space for 2 to 4 people. You’ll find a light-filled, open-concept living and dining area, two balconies, two cozy bedrooms, a stylish bathroom with a tub, and a practical storage room.

The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The adjacent dining table seats four people. From the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding meadows, fields, and the idyllic forest of the Kühlung mountain range. In the morning, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the sight of deer in the meadow while sipping a cup of fresh coffee—a perfect start to the day.

The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: A dishwasher, oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils are at your disposal—so you can feel completely at home during your vacation.

In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror, and a valet stand. From here, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, which is ideal for enjoying the evening sun. The second bedroom is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (160 cm wide) and another wardrobe. Soft, plush rugs create a cozy atmosphere in both bedrooms, while blackout thermal curtains ensure restful nights.

The stylish bathroom with a shower tray offers cozy warmth thanks to underfloor heating and a heated towel rack. A hair dryer and ample storage space round out the comfortable amenities.

SPECIAL FEATURES

The apartment was deliberately designed as a digital detox oasis and therefore does not have Wi-Fi —ideal for nature lovers. From the balconies, you can admire the swallows’ aerial acrobatics. In the summer, the swallows take up residence in their own separate tower on the residential complex. Throughout the year, the balconies are home to sparrows, which have become rare elsewhere. The entire apartment is painted with high-quality, eco-friendly clay paint, which promotes a healthy indoor climate and ensures natural humidity regulation.

All utilities, such as electricity, water, and heat, are already included in the rent. As part of the initial setup, your beds are made and towels are provided for you. You also have access to a marked carport parking space (No. 21) next to the house.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
