Vacation Apartment 05 in the “Residenz von Flotow” vacation complex is a cozy two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and features a balcony. The floor is covered with designer flooring. In the open-concept living area, you’ll find a modern sleeper sofa (120 cm x 200 cm) that sleeps 2 people, a matching coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system.
The dining area is equipped with a counter and 4 chairs. The exclusive kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare your meals: a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (90 cm x 200 cm). The closet offers ample storage space for your clothes. A modern bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer round out the amenities.
You can park your car safely in the designated outdoor parking space. A bike storage room is available in the building for bicycles. A washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are available for a fee. The beach is about 600 meters away.
