Vacation Apartment 02 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
The 61 m² two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The furnished north-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors. With a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a tub, the vacation apartment offers space for up to 4 people to enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation. It’s only about 50 meters to the beach.
The living area of the vacation rental features a cozy sofa set and a flat-screen TV, promising relaxing evenings. You can also take advantage of the property’s free Wi-Fi. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for meals together.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Helpful small appliances, such as a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle, are of course also available for your use.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (90 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The large closet offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The sofa bed in the living area of the vacation rental can be converted in just a few simple steps into a comfortable sleeping area for 2 people (180 x 200 cm). A travel crib is available free of charge for our youngest guests.
In the bathroom with a toilet, you can choose between taking a bath or a shower. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower function and a hair dryer.
The apartment has tile flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed in this apartment.
You can safely park your car in the underground parking space. You can securely store any bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here you can wash and dry your vacation laundry for a fee.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.
You can park your car safely in the included underground parking space.
A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.
