This 67 m² 3-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to 4 people, is located on the first floor of the Linden-Palais. The apartment features a combined living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest restroom. From these two south-west-facing balconies, you can enjoy the sun throughout the day with a fantastic view of the sea. With the beach just 50 meters away, you’re guaranteed a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
The living area of the vacation apartment is furnished with a cozy couch. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a CD player are provided. You also have access to the property’s free Wi-Fi. The dining area, with a table and four chairs, offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The exclusive kitchenette, which adjoins the dining area, is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, as well as a 4-zone ceramic cooktop and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the first bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you, and in the second bedroom, two single beds (90 x 200 cm) invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A flat-screen TV in each bedroom rounds out the furnishings. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your vacation luggage. Curtains in the sleeping areas provide privacy and block out the light.
