About this apartment rental
This beautiful and very spacious vacation apartment leaves almost nothing to be desired! Enjoy the traditional half-timbered architecture and the exposed wood of the ceiling beams, paired with a touch of modern vacation comfort. Just feel completely at home here and unwind from your everyday life …!
This modern yet cozy 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms feature high-quality tile flooring with underfloor heating. The elevator provides convenient access from the first floor to the first floor.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious entryway, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The spacious, open-concept living/dining area features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, an armchair, and a coffee table, a sideboard, and a separate dining table with chairs and two benches. From here, you have direct access to the sunny rooftop terrace, which is approximately 36 m²—the highlight of your vacation apartment! You can relax especially well in the large hammock with a wooden stand…! The terrace is furnished with a large teak dining table, two large benches, and a large hanging umbrella. Here you can sit back and relax in the fresh air and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features a modern flat-screen TV, a DAB radio, and a small selection of books and board games. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen features a built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The inviting and cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, 2 dressers, and an armchair.
The separate and additional 2nd bedroom features a bunk bed, a sideboard, an open clothes rack, and a small desk with a chair.
The spacious and bright bathroom/toilet (with natural light/window) features a shower with a real-glass shower enclosure and a walk-in (senior-friendly!) entry, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a bathroom cabinet, and ample storage space.
You can park your cars free of charge in the two parking spaces assigned to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks next to the building in the courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
