This 3-room vacation apartment, designed to accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the first floor of the Linden-Palais. The furnished north-facing balcony guarantees a stunning view of the sea and a relaxing time in the fresh Baltic Sea air. In the light-filled living room, you can enjoy the view of the lake to the west and north from the couch. The 74 m² apartment features a living area with an integrated dining area, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, an additional separate toilet, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. You can easily store your suitcases or beach gear in the included storage closet. With the beach just 50 meters away, you’ll enjoy a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea.

Floor tiles have been installed throughout the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed.
You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. You can store any bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here, you can wash and dry your vacation laundry for a fee.
