Designed to comfortably accommodate two guests, the apartment features an optimized and highly functional layout. It offers a cozy double bedroom designed for rest, a full bathroom, and a spacious open-concept social area that integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In addition, to meet modern needs, the property includes a dedicated office space, providing a quiet, bright, and perfectly equipped environment for remote work.
The property is equipped to the highest standards to ensure maximum comfort during temporary stays: it features an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, and central heating. Its amenities are completed with a washing machine, dryer, and television, as well as a modern open kitchen equipped with high-end appliances—including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—along with a complete set of kitchenware.
Its location is strategic for both transportation and leisure, situated just a few minutes' walk from the Ópera metro station, guaranteeing quick connectivity to any point in the city. Staying in this location allows you to combine the dynamism of the city center with moments of relaxation in nature, thanks to its proximity to beautiful and emblematic green spaces such as Campo del Moro and Parque Atenas.
For your complete peace of mind, we offer an additional facility management (maintenance) service upon request during your stay to quickly resolve any technical issues, as well as an optional professional cleaning service and textile change (bed linen and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort tailored to your needs.
For temporary stays, regulations require the signing of a seasonal lease contract. The accommodation price does not include the security deposit, which is paid independently prior to check-in. The booking fee and utility costs may or may not be included depending on the booking platform. Do not hesitate to confirm the full breakdown with our team.

As this is a NON-tourist seasonal accommodation, the following must be paid:
- Security deposit,
- Utilities (electricity, water, gas, connectivity),

***Deposit: Given current national and regional regulations, a 1-month security deposit is required for all stays, which must be registered with the Legal Registry Administration. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, following a thorough inspection of the property to ensure it is returned in its original condition.
*** Minimum stay and requirements: This apartment is exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more. According to local regulations, guests must provide documentation proving the temporary nature of their stay (for example, an employment contract, internship, studies, or home renovations).
Non-smoking property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No parties or events allowed: This is a residential building; parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 8:00.
Pets: Pets welcome! However, you must inform us in advance. Please note that an additional fee per pet will apply.
Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
Early Check-in: Subject to availability and prior inquiry.

The day before your arrival, you will receive a link or QR code in your email to open the main door.
Requirement: It is essential that your phone has an internet connection.
Procedure: Activate the code only when you are in front of the door. When you do, the door will unlock and you must push it immediately.
Important: The code has a limit of 2 uses and temporary validity. Do not test it before your arrival.
2. Apartment Access (Lockbox)
In the same email where you received the link or QR code to open the main door, you will have the code you must use to open the lockbox located on the apartment door.
Go to the door of your unit.
Key box: Enter the provided code into the lockbox located on the door.
Keys: Remove the first set of keys to enter.
Second set: You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment.
