A localização é excelente, fica a poucos minutos tanto da estação de metrô, quanto de um mercado DIA. O anfitrião foi solícito e respondeu rapidamente as dúvidas que tive.
O box do banheiro é bem pequeno, o que pode ser incômodo dependendo do seu tamanho.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a lugares de interés turístico de la ciudad y de medios de transporte rápidos y eficaces.
No es un hospedaje para 3 personas (como fue mi caso), es muy pequeño, y oscuro. Muy difícil la movilidad interior con todos al tiempo. Es oscuro y luce un poco antiguo.
El baño es extremadamente pequeño e incómodo
