The property meets the most demanding technical and equipment standards to ensure an optimal mid-term stay. Located in a building with an elevator, it features air conditioning in all rooms and an efficient central heating system. To provide maximum daily independence, it includes a washing machine, dryer, television, and an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances—dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker—along with a complete set of kitchenware.
Its strategic location offers seamless mobility, being just a few steps from the Ópera metro station, a key hub for traveling swiftly around the city. Staying in this location allows you to immerse yourself in the urban heartbeat without giving up tranquility, thanks to the immediate proximity of iconic green spaces such as the Campo del Moro gardens and Atenas Park, ideal for outdoor walks and moments of relaxation.
For your total peace of mind, additionally and upon request, we offer a facilities management (maintenance) service during your stay to quickly address any technical issues, as well as an optional professional cleaning and textile change service (bed linen and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort according to your needs.
For temporary stays, regulations require the signing of a seasonal rental agreement. The accommodation price does not include the security deposit, which is paid independently prior to check-in. The booking fee and utility expenses may or may not be included depending on the booking platform. Please feel free to confirm the full breakdown with our team.

As this is seasonal, NON-tourist accommodation, the following must be paid:
- Security deposit,
- Utilities (electricity, water, gas, connectivity),
- Booking Fee.
Payment of these concepts is essential for final confirmation and may or may not be included depending on the booking platform. Do not hesitate to confirm the full breakdown with our team.
***Security deposit: Given current national and regional regulations, a 1-month security deposit is required for all stays, which must be registered with the legal Registry Administration. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, following a thorough inspection of the property to ensure it is returned in its original condition.
*** Minimum stay and requirements: This apartment is exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more. According to local regulations, guests must provide documentation proving the temporary nature of their stay (for example, employment contract, internship, studies, or home renovations).
Non-smoking property: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
No parties or events allowed: This is a residential building; parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 8:00 hours.
Pets: We accept pets! However, you must inform us in advance. Please note that an additional fee per pet will apply.
Check-in: From 4:00 PM onwards.
Early Check-in: Subject to availability and prior inquiry.
1. Property Access (Main Entrance)
The day before your arrival, you will receive a link or QR code in your email to open the main door.
Requirement: It is essential that your phone has an internet connection.
Procedure: Activate the code only when you are in front of the door. Upon doing so, the door will unlock and you must push it immediately.
Important: The code has a limit of 2 uses and temporary validity. Do not test it before your arrival.
2. Apartment Access (Lockbox)
In the same email where you received the link or QR code to open the main door, you will find the code you need to use to open the Lockbox located on the apartment door.
Go to the door of your unit.
Key box: Enter the provided code into the lockbox located on the door.
Keys: Remove the first set of keys to enter.
Second set: You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment.
