Apartamento Plaza España

The location is in the center, close to everything. The street is safe and relatively quiet. It is on the top floor. There is a DIA supermarket at the end of the street, a small 24/7 supermarket in front and a good asian restaurant on the ground floor. We arrived late at night from Mexico and the people from key-service where there at 6:00 in the morning. We sent them a whatsapp when we left the airport. The appartment was big, the wifi and beds perfect. Enough tools for cooking, dulce gosta cafe machine, washer, everything worked. It was a good stay and we would take it again. Communication was easy, after reserving we where told they had a key-service and a person would come so we could enter at any time when we arrived.

It could be cleaner. I cleaned the airco filters myself, they where all blocked with dust. The airco in the bedroom has a bad smell when it starts up. Cleaned some more things, must be cleaner now than when we arrived :)

Mi è piaciuta l'ampiezza, il design, tante superfici d'appoggio e il settimo, ultimo piano.

Pulizia non impeccabile, la doccia meriterebbe una revisione così come gli scarichi.

Vor allem die Lage fanden wir super, zum Palast und zur Kathedrale hat man es nicht weit. Eine sehr sehr schöne Markthalle ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Die Klimaanlage war im Hochsommer wichtig und funktionierte einwandfrei. Auf dem kleinen Balkon, den man mit einer Markise verschatten kann, haben wir gerne gesessen. Wer extrem lärmempfindlich ist, hat da vielleicht Probleme, sollte dann aber halt auch nicht so zentral wohnen.

Wir haben keine übertriebenen Ansprüche an Sauberkeit, aber es war an einigen Stellen schon sehr staubig. Und die Glastür zum Balkon war so, dass wir sie einmal geputzt haben. Ansonsten ist beim Kochen mehrfach die Sicherung rausgeflogen. War kein großes Problem, aber lästig.
