Plaza Mayor IV is a penthouse with balcony and terrace with solarium and with a unique location. It is a unique house of the 17th century, which preserves all the essence of the time and integrates the set of buildings that make up the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, forming part of the buildings with monumental category.
This penthouse is undoubtedly one of the most special apartments in the city. It is the perfect place for those looking for a unique place. The views from the terrace are very exclusive within reach of the privileged few.
Upon entering the apartment we find a modern bathroom and a kitchen integrated in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday use. The living area is open, elegant and comfortable and through it you access the rest area, with a double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm and a small balcony that overlooks the Plaza Mayor.
In front of the kitchen we will find a staircase to acces to the private terrace of the apartment. The terrace has been completely restored and fully furnished with garden furniture, and is designed for maximum enjoyment, it also has a solarium area to enjoy the good weather of the city. Having dinner, lunch, breakfast or just enjoying reading a book on the terrace is an absolute privilege.
The building does not have an elevator as it is part of the Artistic Heritage of the city and preserves intact the original structures of the building of the time.
The area of the apartment is unique, and certainly the best in Madrid.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

I don’t think you can have a better location for a visit to Madrid. Directly overlooks Plaza Mayor with access to a patio in the roof overlooking the plaza. The apartment is small but great for a couple. You should know that it is on the 4th floor, equivalent to about 6 flights of steps with no elevator. Could have used a couple more towels and the shower drained slow spilling water on the floor. Needs attention. If you can handle stairs, great location.
