The entire apartment is available to guests. The apartment has two entrances—1. from Sebastian Straße and 2. from Feldgärtenstraße, across from house no. 88. As shown in the photos, the small terrace also serves as an entrance from Feldgärtenstraße. Guests may use both entrances. However, we will meet you at the main entrance at Sebastianstraße 100 A.
Additional Important Information
The apartment is located on the first floor and, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible. I strongly believe in mutual responsibility and ask that you treat the apartment with respect.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. Parties and events are prohibited. The apartment is not equipped to accommodate children. Therefore, please do not submit requests involving children under 3 years of age, even though I have young children myself.
For the safety of residents and guests, there is video surveillance in the building’s entrance area.
