About this house rental
Welcome to Dirks Huus—a lovingly restored farmworker’s cottage in the idyllic village of Warfendorf Pilsum, just about 3 km from the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel. This charming brick house combines traditional character with modern comfort and, with its three bedrooms, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing North Sea vacation. Perfect for up to 4 people—and your dog is more than welcome.
From the entryway, you’ll step directly into the bright master bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (please bring a large fitted sheet, 180 × 200 cm). Enjoy restful nights here. Opposite is the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. The exposed beams and cozy furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere. You can enjoy relaxing evenings on the comfortable sofas with a glass of wine or a romantic movie.
The country-style kitchen is well-equipped and offers home cooks everything they need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table seats the whole family.
A modern bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and a guest restroom in like-new condition complete the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more cozy bedrooms, each with a single bed—ideal for children, friends, or guests who want some privacy.
Please note: The staircase to the upper floor is very steep.
On the terrace, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air—perhaps with a cup of East Frisian tea or a good book. The small outdoor area invites you to linger and also has space for your dog.
Wi-Fi is available, and the parking space is right next to the house.
Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you’d prefer, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We will leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is simple: it is included with the visitor’s tax as part of the final payment.
