The spacious, open-concept living and dining area, featuring a high-quality kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, forms the heart of the home. Two well-appointed bathrooms with walk-in showers on the ground and upper floors provide additional comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed—ideal for families as well. A desk offers space for focused work or relaxing reading sessions. The fenced-in garden with a terrace is also perfectly suited for dogs. A lockable bike storage room, a private parking space, and an optional charging station for electric vehicles round out the amenities.
