In a stunning location in the idyllic fishing village of Greetsiel, the newly built vacation home “Grachtennest 1” welcomes you—a stylish semi-detached home featuring modern architecture and East Frisian charm. Located directly on the Greetsiel canals, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the water. Special highlights include the private boat dock right by the house and the outdoor sauna in the secluded garden. The open-concept living and dining area, featuring a modern kitchen and large windows, forms the heart of the home. Two high-quality bathrooms with walk-in showers on the first floor and upper level provide additional comfort. The upper level features two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed—ideal for families. A desk offers space for work or reading. The fenced-in garden with a patio is also suitable for pets. A bicycle storage room, a designated parking space, and an optional charging station for electric vehicles round out the amenities. Here, tranquility, nature, and modern comfort come together to create a special vacation experience.
