About this house rental
Welcome to our home, “Ankerplatz,” our spacious, child-friendly semi-detached house!
The Ankerplatz home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a smoke-free home, and dogs are welcome.
On the first floor, you’ll find a modern living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker (filter and pod styles), toaster, blender, and much more. A large dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair (with a baby seat) is available for cozy family gatherings. A two-person sofa and two large, comfortable wingback chairs invite you to relax. Additionally, the first floor features a small bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The living room has a Smart TV, and all three bedrooms are equipped with LED flat-screen TVs. The floors are covered with high-quality vinyl and equipped with underfloor heating. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds and roller shades (in the bedrooms only).
Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed, wardrobe, crib, and changing table; the other with two single beds and a wardrobe) and another bathroom with a shower, baby bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. The staircase is secured with a stair gate.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens.
The garden is completely fenced in. A hedge provides privacy. The sunny patio is furnished (for 6 people), and there is a sandbox in the garden for our younger guests. Starting in June 2023, the patio will also have a canopy.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house and a garden shed for your bicycles.
Wi-Fi is available. On-site registration is required. We cannot guarantee sufficient connection speed.
You can also book the neighboring house, “Wellenbrecher,” through us if you need more space.
The center of Greetsiel, with its many restaurants and cafes, is just a few minutes’ walk away. A large supermarket is also located in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafes and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dike landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
