Spacious townhouse in a quiet location in Greetsiel, just a short walk from the water!
On the first floor of the "Achterblick" vacation home, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with a large sofa corner, a recliner, a wood-burning stove, a TV, and a dining table. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo pad coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker. The first floor also features a small shower room and a storage room with a washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
The upper floor of the house features two bedrooms, each of which was fitted with new, large Velux windows in 2026. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a dresser, and a TV, and offers a magnificent view of the water through the large windows! The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, and a TV. Also on this floor is the bathroom, which features a bathtub, towel radiator, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. The third bedroom is located in the attic and is furnished with a dresser and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed.
The large garden area is fully fenced in, and the patio is equipped with an awning, grill, and patio furniture. There is also a dock right on the water, which is shared with other residential units.
The entire first floor is tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating; the upper floor and attic (with the exception of the tiled bathroom) have laminate flooring. All bedrooms can be darkened, and the main windows are equipped with fly screens.
One dog is welcome upon request! Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
The house includes a parking space and a storage shed for bicycles (power outlet available for electric bikes).
A travel crib and high chair are available free of charge.
Free Wi-Fi is available! We cannot guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed.
For the fifth or sixth adult, a surcharge of 3.00 euros per night will be charged.
During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for a minimum of five nights with no fixed check-in day.
The immediate neighboring houses are “Grachtenperle” and “Sieloase”; on the same property are the accommodations “Fischhuus,” “Lejea,” “Sielstern,” “Huus an’t Gracht,” “Kiek up de Gracht,” and “Grachterum.”
The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.

Wir verlebten schöne 4 Tage in Greetsiel und haben diese Tage zwar bei äusserst schlechtem Wetter, dank dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft gut verbracht und haben erholt unsere Rückreise angetreten!
Zur Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeier kann ich leider keine Auskunft geben; es ergaben sich keine persönlichen Kontakte.
