Located right in the new section of the Grachtenpark, in a quiet yet central location, this exclusive vacation apartment is situated on the 1st row along the Greetsieler Sieltief, this new (completion in September 2022) and high-quality vacation rental, furnished with great attention to detail, guarantees a comfortable stay. The vacation rental has direct access to the water from its own garden.
Grachtentied features a cozy living-dining area that invites you to relax. The color-coordinated, nautical-style furnishings immediately create a cozy atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the apartment create a warm, light-filled ambiance. Privacy is ensured by the pleated blinds on all windows. Furthermore, all windows are equipped with insect screens. The large south-facing terrace, furnished with high-quality patio furniture, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Here, you can spend wonderful evenings sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine while watching the boats go by. The apartment also features a spacious garden. In addition, just in time for the Easter break, a very high-quality and cozy beach chair is available for your use, allowing you to catch and enjoy the sun’s rays in comfort even on slightly windier days.
