New ground-floor apartment that allows dogs, right on the Greetsieler Sieltief!
This beautiful vacation rental is in a prime location in the Grachten-Park with its own waterfront access and can accommodate up to 4 people—and a dog upon request.
The spacious, light-filled living and dining area invites you to enjoy your dream vacation. You can spend cozy evenings with your loved ones on the large corner sofa bed; there’s also a wood-burning stove for cozy warmth and, of course, a large flat-screen TV. The large dining table offers plenty of space for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen offers all the appliances and amenities you need: from a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, and ceramic cooktop, to a coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, SodaStream, and a blender.
Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV each. One of the bedrooms offers a stunning view of the Sieltief!
The bright shower room features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
From the furnished terrace, you can relax and watch the peaceful activity on the water.
In the storage room, you’ll find a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board.
The entire ground-floor apartment is tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating. All windows are also equipped with pleated blinds, blackout options, and fly screens.
The apartment comes with four garden chairs, a garden table, two lounge chairs, a parasol, a beach chair, and two terraces. A kettle-style charcoal grill is also provided. As of February 2024, the garden is now fenced in, and since March 2024, the large patio has been covered.

A parking space is included with the apartment; in front of the house, there is a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet available for your bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.
The apartment also has its own dock where you are welcome to launch a boat you’ve brought with you.
Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.
The accommodations “An’t Grachten,” “Grachtendrööm,” and “GrachtenGlück” are located in the same building; other accommodations in Grachtenpark I include “binnen un’ buten,” “Grachtenhüsje,” “Grachtenrefugium,” “Haifisch,” “Hampton Huus,” “Sielzeit,” “Zinnenhuus 1,” and “Zinnenhuus 2.”
