About this apartment rental
Apartment on 2 levels just renovated, located 8 minutes walk from Metro Crocetta (line M3, 2 stops from Duomo) and 2 minutes walk from Bocconi University. The area is full of cocktail bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Equipped with air conditioning and dedicated Netflix for guests.

The apartment:
The apartment has at the entrance a living room with sofa (if necessary convertible into a bed, a Smart TV (with Netflix included), a relaxation/reading area with a coffee table and two comfortable armchairs. Finally there is a spacious dining table comfortable for 6 people so as to organize a lunch or dinner in the apartment.
On the same level there is a large and modern kitchen, with everything you need (stove, dishes, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine including capsules).
Next to the kitchen there is a modern bathroom, with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, including shampoo, body wash and conditioner, ending everything with quality sanitary ware.
Also on this floor, there is a comfortable terrace where you can have a coffee or read a book in peace.
From the room you can then access the upper floor through a staircase. At this level are located two bedrooms both equipped with king size beds and comfortable mattresses. The largest of the two is characterized by an elegant glass wall and includes a large walk-in closet where guests can store their belongings and luggage and is also equipped with a second Smart TV wall.
