About this apartment rental
Welcome to our 100 sqm (1,100 sqft) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, a short walk from the Duomo and main attractions, close to public transport. Ideal for up to 6 guests + 2 infants (sofa-bed and 2 cots provided for free). AC in every room, washer, dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, fast WiFi and smart TV with Netflix. Unusually quiet: in the inner part of a typical Milanese house (2nd floor, no elevator), no windows facing the street. Plus, our free underground private garage right next door!
The property
The apartment is located at the second floor (without elevator) and the bedrooms are on the back of it. Both sides are very very quiet since the front one is facing the inner yard, and the back one is facing a private park of the building! Wireless internet is of course included, we have a cable connection which is very fast (2.500Mbps in up/download). The smart-TV in the living room comes with complimentary Netflix; washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher are of course at your disposal. Both bedrooms are fully furnished, with loads of wardrobe space; the living-room is very spacious and has a sofa that pulls out into a bed (160x200cm), in case of an extra person. Beds sizes are also 160x200cm, which is roughly the size of a queen bed. Towels, bed-sheets and soaps are included. We provide comfortable memory-foam pillows!
Guest access
The entire apartment will be at your disposal and washer and dryer are located in the flat for private use. The main door is an armored door, and the room windows are fitted with wooden louvered shutters. Please note that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, and the stairs may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. If you need assistance with your luggage, please let us know, and we will arrange for someone to help you both on your arrival and departure dates. If you are coming by car, you will be able to use our private garage at no additional cost (located in the building in front of the apartment)! The garage size are the following:
- Width (door): 2,10m
- Width (inside): 2,50m
- Length: 5,70m
- Height: 2,50m
Both listing and garage are located just outside "Area C" so you will be able to access them freely.
Interaction with guests
While you'll have the convenience of self check-in (getting the keys from a lock-box at any time of day or night), we're always within reach. Whether you prefer in-person assistance or communicating through the Vrbo platform, rest assured we're here to help and ensure a smooth stay.
Other details to note
When booking please let us know as your arrival and departure times, so that we can organize accordingly. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00am, but we are flexible according to the availability. So let us know before you arrive so that we can find a solution which is best for you! Also please let us know should you have any special need or request we need to know before your arrival and we will do everything possible to make it happen!
HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY
Quiet hours are 20:00-08:00. No parties or events, smoking or vaping. Only registered guests may enter; visitors require prior host approval. Please check that the reservation shows the correct total number of guests and tell us about any changes before arrival. The price depends on the number of guests.
An exterior security camera is located on the balcony and records the space outside the apartment, not the apartment interior. It may be active during your stay.
