The hotel was very comfortable, shining clean and the service was excellent. Highly recommended✨

Lepo urejen hotel in sobe, odličen zajtrk na terasi, bližina mesta.

Pregled sobe s strani osebja pred odjavo iz hotela, s komentarjem, da je to ustaljena praksa, čeprav sem jasno povedala, da mini bara nisem koristila.

Objekat je cist, hrana je odlicna, osoblje je ljubazno, vode racuna o detaljima.

Nema dovoljno parking mjesta. Neprijatno sam se iznenadila kada sam stigla u hotel i kad mi je receno da nemam parking mjesto jer se ono unaprijed rezervise a to nigdje nisu naglasili.

Paid for a room with balcony, but it had none. Staff claimed it was Booking’s fault, then said to reach out to them for refund or to the hotel’s socials for compensation. A week later and I haven’t received a reply from any side. Also, their parking system is working. While I paid for a spot for my whole stay, one evening I entered the parking with no spot left. I was told another guest took mine. And I had to leave my car in the middle of the parking and remain available for when a guest who need to take his car out, because my car was in the way. Last but not least, noise isolation is terrible. First morning the cleaning team decided to vacuum the whole corridor at 8am. Heard it so well it felt like it was in my room, what a nice way to wake up on holiday!
