Amazing location and access to the sea, the room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious! The pool with the view is also an amazing feature! Big parking garage is something I appreciate very much :)
Saunas didn't work when we were there, only one was working properly, but thats not that big of a deal

The receptionist at check-in was genuinely warm, welcoming, and very kind — she was one of the few positive parts of the stay.
Breakfast was nice
However, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. The main issue happened at the pool and spa area. The spa was supposed to remain open until 8:00 p.m., and around 7:45 p.m., my friends and I were taking a simple mirror selfie in thesauna. The staff member in charge behaved in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable manner. She repeatedly gestured at us in a dismissive way, almost as if telling us to “go away,” even after we had already stepped out. Her behaviour really affected our experience and made us feel unwelcome.
Additionally, the hotel facilities did not meet 4-star standards. We had booked three one-bedroom apartments, and none of them had smart TVs or the level of amenities we expected for the price. Overall, the stay did not reflect the quality advertised.
As someone visiting from abroad, I genuinely hoped for a more comfortable and respectful experience. The lovely receptionist created a good first impression, but the overall hospitality and professionalism need serious improvement

I note many previous negative reviews but we were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find and the underground car park was where Google Maps suggested it was! You had to phone reception (on WhatsApp was easy) at the parking gates and they lift the barriers. Plenty of parking and easy lift to reception.
We had a one-bed apartment on the 14th floor - massive balcony facing inland with a table and chairs. Comfortable large bed, lovely comfortable sofa, great bathroom. All very clean.
We only used the restaurant for breakfast and we were happy with the selection (which included cakes!). Great view from the terrace of the sea and the Old Town.
It was a couple of minutes to walk down to the shore and then 10 minutes stroll along the waterfront to the Old Town.
The pool looked lovely with a great view as well, but we didn't have time to use it as we only stayed one night.

I ate first day breakfast and it was terrible, the waiters didn’t know English and we had to use google traslate , i never came back there

Only one what was good it is location.
Our disappointment began when I opened the door to the bedroom (we had booked an apartment) and the door nearly fell on my head. The hinge was completely broken and the door was just propped up.
When I went into the toilet, I was shocked by the filth in the toilet bowl and the smeared dirt on the tiled walls. I decided to clean the toilet myself, but when I picked up the toilet brush, the stench spread through the entire apartment.
I then wanted to take a shower, but there was no warm water. I had to wash with cold water and go to bed. Unfortunately, the bed also had a strong unpleasant smell. When I looked under the mattress, I was ready to change hotels. You can see the photos — old tampons, dirt, dust, and more.
I couldn’t sleep and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. That brought the next disappointment. The service was terrible — we waited 20 minutes for cutlery, even though the food was already on the table. From the menu, only pasta was actually available.
Now about the pool. The water was cold, and the sauna was turned off as well.
Somehow we made it through the night and went to breakfast, which was included in the price. I can’t even describe it — just look at the photos. I simply asked for a decent coffee. They did bring it, but for an extra charge.
On the day of departure, we had to leave at 7:00 a.m., while breakfast was at 8:30 a.m. The night before, we asked the staff to pack a takeaway breakfast for us. Unfortunately, the staff forgot about it in the morning, and we had to leave without breakfast, which we had already paid for. We ended up having breakfast at the airport and paying again.

Spacious apartment with a nice panoramic view. Helpful and pleasent staff, especially the manager Danijela. Breakfast is at the top of the hotel with a magnificent sea view.
Location is also great, everything is very close, walking distance.

The staff was very nice and spoke English. the pool and spa services were also great. Beautiful breakfast view. it was also a short walk to the beach and old town, but far enough away not to feel noisy.
The elevators were small and seemed very old. Only one of four was working most of the time and I got stuck once on the 15th floor once when none would come that I could fob into. The plumbing was also a bit off and didn’t work well, may have also been old.

reception staff was very polite
-cold swimming pool
-housekeeping below any standard of cleaning (toilet paper not replaced nor spare to be found)
-leaking ceiling in the bathroom
-rain shower head not working properly
-hotel took 4 days to fix light in bedroom
-parking barrier failing to recognise card so every 2 days -as intercom is not working you need to be making a call to reception attracting roaming charges
- poor breakfast ( juice and coffee on offer are waste of time )
- generally understaffed hotel with lack of attention however must point out very polite when addressing issues but no resolution is taking place any time soon.

very disappointing, our bedroom had dry mold on the wall. bathroom shower had soap scum everywhere. not clean at all. extremely disappointed in the quality of rooms.
