Problematic statement

Everything was OK besides the SPA

At Booking.com one can see that they have a Spa. There is no clue that the Spa capacity is for 5 people. We stayed on a rainy day so no chance to use the spa

Do not book this hotel -Horrible disappointment in so many ways!

Do not book this hotel if you expecting to enjoy the Private beach which is .5 km away- on site beach is €100 per person-both BOOKED our entire stay. Pool was full as well. They say its first come - but there were chairs with reserved signs. Expect to walk up 20 stairs upon arrival with your luggage- no staff to assist. Staff is not friendly. When things go wrong they get argumentative instead of apologetic. AC doesn't cool - room was 86 upon arrival. Buffet is NOT good. The only restuarant on Dukely property is an all day breakfast. Nothing open on Sunday until noon. Wifi didn't work despite being over the office. I had to buy an esim. For €400 per night this was a total waste of money. Average and could do better

The hotel and the grounds were fabulous but the room was very basic. We were "upgraded" to a sea view room but unfortunately with no balcony. So, not much fresh air, only air conditioning!!

The breakfast room was lovely with a sea view but the food choices were very limited and very repetitive every day. Could've been better, it was the same menu every day

May holidays stay

Got a room upgrade and a free access to all facilities (including sauna and a heated rooftop pool) as this was out of season stay in early May. Very pleased with the quality and service. Breakfast was good (not too many options but good quality).

A bit limited non-sweet / healthy food choice at the benedict cafe and a bit long food waiting time. (20 mins on average - we were the only table served). However the quality was good.

A good hotel for a one-night stay to relax in the spa, as long as you don’t expect too much.

We really enjoyed the hotel spa — it was very clean, cozy, and pleasant. However, it only fits six people at a time, so you need to book in advance, ideally even before your arrival. This was quite inconvenient, but overall, we liked the spa experience.

We were disappointed with our room. At check-in, we were told we received a Sea View upgrade, but the sea was barely visible. Even worse, we had no balcony, and the window didn’t open fully — just tilted slightly at the top. The main window couldn’t be opened at all and wasn’t very clean, so we couldn’t really enjoy the view. When booking, we expected a balcony — perhaps we overlooked this, but at the very least, we hoped to open a window and enjoy the sea view. This was a downside for us

Great stay in a great atmosphere

The staff was very nice and polite. Very clean rooms with a beautiful sea view and a comfortable bed. Tasty breakfasts at the hotel and dishes in a nearby restaurant, good location of the hotel. Very nice and exclusive atmosphere in the SPA, which was included in the price. Possibility of using Melex transport to the restaurant or beach free of charge.

The staff had some problems with the organization, e.g. when checking in, we were informed that breakfast was served between 7 and 11 a.m., but the next day it turned out that breakfast was served from 8 a.m, or we were not informed about Melex transport at check-in. The breakfast was of great quality, but it could be more varied. The SPA is great, but it is worth booking before arrival as the number of places is very limited.
