Harum Villa Ubud

Très belle villa en devenir (l'environnement est en travaux): chambre, SDB et piscine très agréables. Le lit est de très bonne qualité. La piscine est assez grande et propre.

Nous étions 3 mais il n'y avait que 2 places pour dormir. Le canapé lit présenté dans la description est un banc en bois avec 2 coussin volants. On a dû se serrer à 3 dans le lit. Le meublé du salon est insuffisant. Trop peu de vaisselle par ailleurs (pour 2 personnes). L'environnement immédiat est tout en travaux (mais nous n'avons pas souffert du bruit). Et le petit déjeuner était prévu pour 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3 personnes. Bref, problème dans la description de l'annonce.

I think this villa was newly built, the design was very nice, the garden was beautiful, the pool was very nice, but the water was cold, we couldn’t enter. The employees were very caring, polite and respectful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was very good to have Netflix on TV.

There was no hair dryer, it’s a big problem for someone with long hair, I went to bed with my hair wet. There were only 2 towels, there were no towels for the feet and face. The shower water was getting cold immediately. Breakfast was little and insufficient, we didn’t want the other days we stayed because we didn’t like it.

Clean, quiet, and perfect for sunbathing. Hot shower anytime! Bed was so comfortable.

The facilities were great, but the road to central Ubud is always congested.

The room was reasonably clean, and overall the cleanliness.

The breakfast was disappointing. The pancakes were undercooked, and the eggs were also not properly cooked in the middle. There was no suitable table or seating area to have breakfast, so we had to eat on the floor. We were charged separately for our child’s breakfast and were asked to pay when checking out. However, the staff did not have change, and we had to wait outside in the heat while this was being sorted out. In such a situation, arranging change should be the property’s responsibility. Eventually, we were sent bank transfer details, but as we do not live there, we were unable to make the transfer. It was frustrating to feel that the responsibility was being placed on us when the issue was not caused by us. There was also quite a lot of construction around the property, which made the surroundings less pleasant. They can add hair dryer to villas.
