This is the most amazing Villa. 3 storeys of luxury and pleasure. Amazing service, welcome and settle in with ongoing service, support. 2 amazing pools, pool table, exquisite main kitchen, dining and games lounge and relaxing floor, not to leave out the exceptionally equipped individual bedrooms. Just WOW.

Fabulous 4 days for two families

What a stunning, well appointed villa. We were in awe from the moment we stepped in through the gates. It was clean, we felt well looked after and had everything we needed. The staff were attentive and helpful and kept the Villa looking stunning. The monkeys were definitely a favourite for the kids!

The location can be a little tricky for drivers to find. But we learnt to be very clear with directions.

Stunning Villa in a magical location!

Villa Joyia is stunning! We absolutely loved our time there! I can’t even describe how much we enjoyed the views and surroundings! Both the house, the surroundings and the staff are wonderful. We had a very relaxing 6night stay with friends and children. We had a driver so it was very easy to get around and we organised a chef to come each morning to make us breakfast through the Villa concierge. The Villa Concierge was also very helpful with recommendations and organising experiences for us. It is perfectly set up for up to 4 couples with so much entertaining space, four master suites and perfect facilities. For families please note that the bedrooms are seperate from the house on the top level and accessed via outdoor stairs. While this wasn’t a problem for us, it may be difficult if you have small children who are not able to use stairs independently. Families with toddlers would need to supervise 100% of the time. There are many slippery floor surfaces. We also recommend a walk up the lane to Uma Ubud for a very authentic Balinese warung (try the special ice drink) with beautiful views and a day relaxing at Kelapa Muda which is just down the road.

Very pricey and location not great, but a stunning residence if you can get past the safety concerns

The property was extremely large and clean with a lot of amenities and great aircon. Pools and spa was amazing. The view to the back from the pool and spa areas is absolutely stunning.

A lot of the electronic equipment didn't work. The bedrooms can only be accessed via stairs that can only be described as a death trap. Views to adjoining properties wasn't inspiring and overall was a pricey stay. Location also wasnt great, as taxi's and couriers would always miss the villa.

Road leading to property was blocked on day of arrival and no heads up about it from the property. We had to walk with our luggage through rocky and dirt road.

This Villa met all our expectations, this is the most beautiful property, we were all impressed, it was simply stunning the moment we walked through the beautiful entrance, the interior design, the escape from all the hustle and bustle, the location is tucked away, so lovely and quiet, with the most amazing landscape enveloping the villa, we were all so happy, we did not want to leave.

The driver had a little trouble finding the property, the road coming in is dirt with potholes, but did not bother us at all.

Villa très belle mais froide et dangereuse

C'est une villa très belle mais il n'y a aucune sécurité (les sols sont glissants et il y a des escaliers très dangereux partout). Il n'y a donc aucune convivialité et la villa est sans âme. De plus, le manager de la villa n'est pas du tout arrangeant (nous avons demandé une modification de date et avons fermement été remis à notre place alors qu'il avait la possibilité de le faire).

Mulighed for perfektion, men med få mangler.

Fantastisk bolig - fantastiske pools! Det var klart det flotteste jeg har set, selvom jeg har rejst til 50+ lande. Biograf, pool, 15-20 min fra byen på scooter. Super sikkert. Privat villa. Kæmpe stor. Ligger rigtig fint ift. byen. Midt i junglen. Super rent.

Problemerne.. 1. Det regnede super meget, det er selvfølgelig ikke lejlighedens skyld - men der løb SÅ meget vand ind, at man ikke kunne sidde nedenfor ved biografen. Ingen kompensation for dette. 2. De vil SÅ gerne hjælpe - og det er virkelig fedt at de altid er der og det føles 100% sikkert. Problemet opstår da de bare går ind uden at ringe/skrive.. jeg nævnte det første gang, det skete 2 gange efterfølgende. Min kæreste sad i badekaret imens en mand bare gik forbi, det var lidt ærgeligt. Så tag dialogen fra starten af, hvis i selvfølgelig ønsker dette. For de mange penge den kostede pr. Nat - så skal der desværre være styr på de ting.
