Studio Rénové - Hypercentre Nice, Gare & Tram 4 min

Location was great if like us you need to get trains to different destinations across the French FRiviera as it's less than 5 mins walk and it was ideal as we were taking day trips . This was excellent as we were always deciding on last minute trains without much plan. It is however 15/20 mins away from the Promenade and all the main attractions in Nice - so if you are planning to stay in Nice only, I would suggest a closer accomondation

To get the keys from the apartment, it felt a treasure hunt as the host had them in a lock box somewhere on the street so we had to follow multiple instructions to find these - it wasn't ideal on a 35'C Degrees heat and luggages to be honest. The apartment was hot for a summer stay despite the electric fan as the bed is located in the "attic" so it overheated during the day/night - we struggled to spleep comfortably during our summer stay. The items in the apartment felt like they were falling apart - from the light lamp on the wall / the hangers in the bathroom and other items...

Excellent séjour ! Le studio est entièrement rénové, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement entretenu. Il est d'une propreté irréprochable et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La localisation est un véritable atout : à seulement 4 minutes à pied de la gare et en plein centre-ville, tout est accessible à pied. Le ventilateur de plafond est très appréciable, surtout en été, et le Wi-Fi est rapide et fiable. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour découvrir Nice dans les meilleures conditions.

Ottima posizione centrale anche se la sera non sembrava una bella zona. L'appartamento è essenziale. Complesso dell'appartamento datato.

Servizi poco curati. Acqua della doccia invertita( bisogna mettere la leva sul freddo per avere quella calda e viceversa, scoperto per caso dopo 10 minuti che cercavo di capire se era un problema della caldaia o altro. Macchina del caffè disponibile ma senza cialde. ( sicuramente non me le porto dietro né le compro in vacanza, anche se è un servizio opzionale e bene farlo in modo da poterlo usare non solo come immagine) Nessun cestino ne busta dell'immondizia da poter utilizzare ( ho utilizzato una busta dell supermercato) Contenitore del sapone per mani vuoto(shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma posso portarmelo ma il sapone per le mani no). Tagliere da cucina a contatto con i prodotti di pulizia. Fa molto caldo nell'appartamento, anche se presenti piccolo condizionatore da terra e ventilatore a soffitto, non fa molta differenza. Al check-out viene chiesto di togliere le lenzuola, asciugamani (mai chiesto nei miei anni di viaggi però ok) e buttare la spazzatura( senza aver avuto un cestino ne busta per l'immondizia)

Easy location, check in was simple and straight forward.

Not much you can do about it in a heat wave but the building and room was very hot. We did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open when we were not home or sleeping so it was difficult to find respite from the heat.
