Enjoy spectacular views of Lake Como and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Guests enjoy a sunny private garden, access to a panoramic swimming pool, a tennis court, and free private parking within a secure residential community. The main amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) are a 5-minute drive away.

- Indoor-Outdoor Flow: A bright and spacious open living area. A grand sliding glass door leads directly to your private paved terrace, featuring an outdoor dining area for 4, a large umbrella, and two beach chairs for sunbathing or relaxing.
- Atmospheric Fireplace: The lounge features a striking electric fireplace with a flame effect. It is 100% safe and capable of heating both the atmosphere and the room, in addition to the underfloor heating system.
- Technology: Includes high-speed Wi-Fi for both work and streaming Netflix on your device.
- The sofa bed measures 140 cm x 195 cm, and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.

- First Aid: A fully stocked first aid kit is available in the apartment for any minor needs.

Check-in & Identity Verification:
According to Italian law, we are required to register the identity of every guest. Before your arrival, you will receive a check-in request. You must provide a valid ID for each guest via the Airbnb app. Once this process is complete, we will send you detailed instructions for self-check-in.
Tourist tax:
The city of Como charges a tourist tax, which is not included in the cost of your reservation. The rate is 3€ per person per day for a maximum of 4 days.
Categories exempt from the tourist tax: children under 14 years of age or residents. We kindly ask you to pay the tourist tax before check-in. We will inform you of the payment procedure once your reservation is confirmed.
