Splendida Vista sul lago

The experience was more than perfect. The view is stunning. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. The road was fine it wasn’t that narrow I had a van and I make it through. I,d like to thank the host for making my stay very enjoyable.

There is nothing to say here

The place is incredible, and the view is breathtaking from every window in the spacious living room and the master bedroom. Coffee and water were thoughtfully provided as a complimentary welcome gesture. Overall, the apartment is wonderful and exceptionally clean. There is a garage, as well as an additional parking space.

What slightly spoiled our day and wasted some of our time was the poor coordination regarding check-in. Communication between the chat support and the property owner turned out to be unreliable. I had originally requested a late check-in at 6:00 p.m., with the understanding that I would message them as soon as we landed to confirm our exact arrival time. At noon, I informed them that we could be at the property by 3:00 p.m. They replied, “Great, we’ll see you at 3:00 p.m.” However, nobody showed up. When I called, it turned out that someone had been replying to my messages in the chat, but it wasn’t the right person. As a result, we had to wait until 6:00 p.m., which was a very unpleasant experience. Another issue that may significantly influence your decision is that guests are required to scan their identity cards and undergo facial recognition through a website outside of Booking.com. This is quite concerning in itself, particularly when it comes to personal data and privacy.
