Spectacular apartment with unforgettable views

World class views. The apartment had the most breathtaking panoramas of any place I’ve stayed in. The terrace is an amazing place to have an aperitivo and spend time with friends. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the apartment was quite classy. I absolutely recommend this for an unforgettable life experience.

While the mattresses were exceptional, the pillows in the panoramic bedroom were not the most comfortable.

Beautiful views

The location was very beautiful and the view was amazing. I liked that it was very private but not too far from the city

Paying the taxes for the stay was complicated. I understand that the host does not live there, but there should be an easier way to pay it rather than wiring or PayPal. If anything, have the guests leave the money for the cleaner and pay her with that money and then do a separate transfer from the business account. You could even have a payment device available at the location. This was something we experienced in Slovenia and made it a lot easier. One other thing, for how much one night is, guests should not be asked to refill coffee or products used. Even small hotels provide free room coffee. Understandable that the host is not physically there to do this but it can be outsourced to staff.

Incredible - will definitely be returning!

This place is stunning! The pictures really do not do it justice. The view is incredible both day and night. The house penthouse was beautiful and very clean throughout and very nicely decorated and fully equipped. I was so gutted to be leaving this place and the view/rooftop itself was enough to just stay in the penthouse all day if anyone wanted!

We ran into a few issues with the gate however upon contacting Peter, he was easy to get hold off and helped fix the issue promptly.

The perfect Lake Como escape

We had such an amazing stay here! The view is absolutely stunning. The villa was spotless, the beds were really comfy, and everything just felt super relaxing and easy. Peter was a great host — really helpful and informative, and he even sent us a brochure with loads of great local tips and recommendations, which was such a nice touch. Just a heads-up that the villa’s up a hill, so you’ll either be walking or getting taxis to and from town — but honestly, the view makes it 100% worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

The view here was amazing and the facilities were great for our party of 5. Loved the rooftop and the host was responsive and gave us lots of great advice about booking tours in the area.

Vue imprenable sur le lac de Côme !

La terrasse du penthouse avec vue imprenable sur le lac de Côme est le grand atout de l’appartement Organisation de l’espace en 3 espaces couchages indépendants Literie trop molle pour notre confort mais je comprends que cela puisse être un goût personnel Bonne communication avec Peter Accès à la buanderie Parking privé Terrasse supplémentaire si on avait voulu mais la grande du haut nous suffisait Ventilateurs dans chacune des chambres si besoin Serrures à code partout , ce qui a un côté pratique mais qui a aussi ses limites (souvent le dernier digit ne marchait pas donc on passait beaucoup de temps pour pouvoir verrouiller la porte de l’appartement)

La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée (2 vieilles poêles) Draps un peu rêches Un peu lassant de ranger les coussins de la terrasse après chaque utilisation mais on comprend la consigne Un parasol pourrait y être appréciable

الشقه جميله جدا موقعها والاطلاله رووعه وفيها كل ما تحتاج وصاحب الشقه ما كان موجود بس ما قصر موول متواصل معانا من قبل والدخول كان سهل والمكان امان في رقم سري عن الباب الخارجي

المفارش قديمه ومستهلك بس كان عادي بالنسبه لي لان ماخذ معي احتياط والدرج شوي صعب للصعود للغرف اللي عنه شنط كثير واذا شنطه وحده كل شي الشقه تستاهل والاطلاله تهون عليك التعب كله

La peor experiencia, un asco

No mucho… era amplio

Recibimos un pliego de instrucciones mal explicadas, al llegar (no fue fácil) no sabíamos qué depto nos correspondía a nosotros y cuál a los otros huéspedes. El lugar es de difícil acceso, en una subida muy empinada y lejos del pueblo, por lo que hay que tomar el auto ir a cualquier parte. El olor a encierro/humedad es insoportable y el lugar inhóspito, no hay ningún detalle que muestre un poco de cariño por parte del propietario… todo desenchufado, ni un solo cuadro, ni café, algo en el refrigerador -con mal olor y el congelador con enorme capa de hielo en las paredes, sin espacio ni para una cubeta, que tampoco había…- nada. Espacios vacíos y deshabitados. No tiene aire acondicionado (según el dueño no se requería por la cercanía a la montaña, pero la temperatura en primavera era altísima). Aseguró tener ventiladores en cada habitación, inexistentes. Da la impresión de que el dueño no va mucho y que la persona a quien confía el aseo y mantención no hace o hace pésimamente su trabajo. Llevamos 3 semanas recorriendo Italia con mi hijo de 24 años y esta ha sido, por lejos, la peor experiencia… y nada barata. Se supone que el depto tenía dos habitaciones pero decidieron “habilitar” solo una, por lo que la segunda no tenía ni almohadas… si es que así se le puede llamar a lo que había en la segunda. Las sábanas, más viejas que yo. Dormimos vestidos sobre la cama y arrancamos apenas pudimos al día siguiente.

Juste parfait !

La situation géographique, la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac et sur la ville de Côme. Literie et équipement, parfait. L'hôte donne toutes les explications nécessaires avant l'arrivée. Personnellement je trouve qu'une voiture est indispensable.

La propreté du lieu

L accès est très difficile en voiture. Il se fait par un petit chemin de terre et cailloux ou qu’une seule voiture passe et s’il pleut la voiture n accroche pas. C est un virage en épingle en en montée avec un muret sur le côté. J ai un SUV et j ai accédé difficilement, j ai d’ailleurs cassé mon marche pied en tapant le muret lorsque le chemin était mouillé. La terrasse avec la belle vue ne fait pas partie du penthouse mais est la terrasse prive du propriétaire qu’il partage avec ses différents invités

nous avons aimé la vue qui est extraordinaire, les terrasses et la gentillesse du propriétaire qui a toujours répondu a nos questions

les literies trop molles, propreté trop juste, et surtout voiture obligatoire Le salon qui était utilisé en chambre, d'où l'espace cuisine trop petit pour vivre à 5 et l'une des terrasses accessible que par la chambre il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement: problème avec nos handicaps

الموقع رائع اطلالات بانورامية على بحيرة كومو منظر رائع من جميع الغرف وحتى من دورة المياة

الأواني لم تكن نظيفة وتحتاج لتجديد كذلك المفارش والفوط والوسائد كلها قديمة وتحتاج لتغيير غلاية الماء كانت متسخة بصورة مقززة ولم نتمكن من استخدامها وهو أمر أساسي يصعب الأستغناء عنه في الحقيقة هذه الملاحضات قللت كثيراً من استمتاعنا بالمكان أتمنى أخذها بعين الأعتبار مهم " للعلم يوجد درج للصعود للبنتهاوس مما يصعب نقل الشنط معه وغير مناسب لكبار السن

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Sie hat alles, was man braucht. Additiv bietet sie einen sensationellen Blick über den See und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite den Sonnenuntergang. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist ebenso hervorragend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Am liebsten würden wir in der Villa Cardano alt werden :-)

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, am liebsten wären wir niemals abgereist. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Man kann sich dort nicht satt sehen. Perfekt und stillvoll eingerichtet. Toll sind auch die beiden Bäder. Wir waren zwei Paare und hatten jeweils ein eigenes Bad.
