Perfect

The room was very clean, well kept, had toiletries that were needed I am happy they had toothbrush and toothpaste, they even had wine and prosecco other drinks on display if you wanted to grab to buy if you traveled late night, check in was simple, I really enjoyed everything and would come back again. Also, it is a 15min walk from central Lago di Como but it is a nice walk and there are cafes and restaurants around.

It was so bad I left before touching anything.

I requested to leave as soon as I arrived. There was a strong smell of chemicals, the WiFi didn't work, it was by a loud road, and the location was not close to any swimmable areas of the lake. The owners owned several other businesses that they referred customers to. I was surprised that paying customers of the guest house, were also expected to drive to their private lake and pay for lake entrance. When I reviewed the website for their private lake and restaurant, I saw many 1 star reviews about bad service. Between all of these things, I immediately requested to just cancel my reservation. The managers and owners arrived, criticizing me for being unhappy with the services, insisting that the WiFi was working – then asked if I was unwell, and that I must be overreacting and should just get some rest. They refused to offer a refund and said that even if I complained I wouldn't receive a refund. I just left and booked somewhere else.

C’était sympa, le spa est chouette mais ce n’est pas un jaccuzzi avec une quantité de bulles incroyable mais ça fait le

Spa sauna et confort du lit incroyable

Très bruyant au niveau du corridor on entend tout, les gens parler et qui claquent les portes etc. et système de porte à code assez bruyant surtout si vous ne rentrez pas à la même heure que votre binôme pour une raison ou pour une autre. Il manque aussi une VRAIE machine à café. Pour le prix de la nuitée ce serait bien d’y penser.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, con servizi ben curati e una pulizia impeccabile.

Il parcheggio gratuito proprio all’ingresso della casa e la pulizia della camera. Molto apprezzate anche la vasca e la sauna.

La mancanza delle ciabatte (per fortuna ne avevo un paio in macchina), lo spazio un po’ stretto nella sauna per due persone insieme e il prezzo dei prodotti nel frigo.

Fantastica, struttura davvero bella e host molto simpatica!

Location stupenda, la stanza era meravigliosa con vasca idromassaggio e sauna. La proprietaria molto energica e gentile. Avere poi il posto auto rendere tutto più semplice. In 10 minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro.

Die Sauna im Zi war hervorragend, das Bett sehr bequem und allgemein sehr Sauber

Das Zimmer war recht kalt, da an der Eingangstür ein Spalt war, durch den kalte Luft hereinkam. Das Bad war entsprechend sehr kalt. Trotz unserer Buchung mit inkludiertem Parkplatz erhielten wir keinen, obwohl mehrere Plätze frei waren. Die Vermieterin war nicht bereit, uns einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung zu stellen, half uns bei der Suche nicht und gab falsche Informationen, sodass unser Auto zeitweise eingesperrt war und wir nur mit viel Glück wieder herauskamen.

Pensavamo che la vasca idromassaggio fosse più piccola, invece è abbastanza grande. La struttura era confortevole e l'esperienza rilassante.

Qualche piccolo problema con il WiFi che in alcuni momenti non andava, la vasca idromassaggio si accendeva da sola mentre si svuotava.

Strada vicina molto trafficata e quindi un pò rumorosa. Per aprire la porta bisogna prenderla a spallate. Piano terra, o chiudi le tende o poca privacy.

Gezien de prijs is deze kamer de beste die ik ooit gehad heb. Het straalt luxe uit en het tweepersoons bad is pure weelde.
