Apartment was just perfect everything as expected and as on the photos. Comfy beds, host prepared everything.

Cleaning can be improved…. We saw other comments saying floor was dirty- this wasn’t our case, and it might be that the floor is simply very light in color and you can see any trace. Bathroom can use a good scrub though - and more attention to things such as toilet seat and stuff like this.

Appartment needs deep cleaning. Floor was so filthy

Owner responded quick when we arrived and the floor was soooo dirty. I have never seen a floor this dirty, it completely made me second guess how they clean everything and if the bed had new sheets

Upon arrival, the floor was very dirty; every room (bathroom, bedroom, livingroom) was deeply stained with mud. It was dusty and there were visible hairs on the floor. A cleaner came and she initially said that the floor was just “coloured” and not dirty. That’s when I grabbed a wetwipe and cleaned the floor to demonstrate how dirty it was. She then vacuum cleaned and mopped the floor. The mud stains were like so stuck, that after the mopping 60% of the stains were still there. We arrived late, so I didn’t feel like making another point out of it. But you can imagine that it was not s comfortable stay as you start to doubt the level of cleaning they do. Seems like they clean lightly on the surface…

Family stay in Como

Very nice, modern and cosy apartment. Even it is few kilometers outside from Centre, there was very convenient bus connection and was also easy to visit Switzerland. Good supermarket and restaurants/pizzerias/cafeterias in the neighbourhood for affoedable prices. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt like home. In Case of any questions the owner was fast and eager to answer.

Tutto era molto carino, molto curato nei dettagli. Mi sono trovata molto bene, ho dormito bene, il letto ero molto comodo come anche i cuscini; casa molto confortevole la consiglio a tutti ! È arredata benissimo nei minimi dettagli, non manca nulla!

Locatia nu are loc de parcare cum scria in descriere, bucataria are multe lipsuri nu este de folos, curatenia era doar la suprafata facuta, asternuturile de pe paturi, pernele miroseau urat. Nu recomandam aceasta cazare

Für eine Nacht ist ok. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich noch mal hier schlafen werde.

Lage ist top, genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe. Bis zum Stadtmitte etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Gute Wifi. Moderne Wohnung, aber richtige Reinigung fehlt.

Leider, die Wohnung wurde nur oberflächlich aufgeräumt, ich habe mir nicht getraut in die Küche was zu machen, es war nicht sauber. Falls Ich hier mehr als einen Tag bleiben müsste , würde ich ein mal alle Oberflächen richtig reinigen. Die Bettwäsche waren sauber. Matratze ist durchgelegt, unbequem. Schlafsofa quietscht. Die Kinder haben sich nicht beschwert.

Potential und sicherlich toll wenn alles sauber ist.

Die Größe und man hat viele Möglichkeiten.

Es war nicht so sauber, bei dem Preis und die Lage erwartet man eine gewisse Sauberkeit. Und es war sehr Dunkel, was nicht ungewöhnlich ist bei Erdgeschoss Wohnung. Da wir nur kurz da waren, haben wir es einfach hingenommen. Vielleicht ein Ausreißer. Das war auch in Italien die einzige Wohnung die nicht so sauber war wie erwartet auf unsere Reise.

Complimenti al host.

Host è stato molto disponibile e educato apprescindere appartamento è bello, pulito e raggiungibile da per tutto. È dotato di tutti i servizi utili. Ho avuto una disavventura, ho dimenticato la chiave di appartamento inserito interno nella seratura della porta. Ovviamente non potevo entrare. Host è intervenuto subito a trovare un fabro e è riuscito a farmi entrare nel appartamento al più presto possibile senza farmi pagare un centisimo in più. Consiglio a tutti di andare lì e se mi capita ritornerò.

Appartement idéal pour une famille pour quelques jours Bien équipé Emplacement idéal à 10min en voiture du centre de Côme. Bus a proximité et Supermarché à 5min . L'hôte est très réactif si on a des questions et très sympathique. Je recommande vraiment .

Sdb bien équipé mais assez étroite. Frigo pour 4 idéal pour 2j apres ca déborde .
