Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Very nice condo. Great location! Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own breakfast. We would stay here again

My wife and I loved the place, although it is a little small, it is cozy and clean. The problem we had came down to housekeeping - on check in we noticed we had no washcloths, immediately contacted Vacasa asking to get the problem resolved - we were assured it would be, although we were there for 5 days Vacasa DID NOT resolve the shortcoming. Very sad! While corporate communication seemed to work, it resulted in LIP SERVICE - nothing more!

Overall it was a nice stay. Nice touch having charging stations on both sides of the bed.
Water pressure was very low.
We paid for a late checkout, only to have the maid come in almost 2 hours early!
