Midtown Ocean City with rooftop pool! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a balcony and is close to everything! Catch a glimpse of the ocean from the large wrap balcony that can be accessed from the living areas and main bedroom. Great building with an elevator just across the street (1.5 blocks, a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a pair of double beds, and the living room has a Queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The property has high speed wifi/internet so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials from the Smart TVs. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one covered assigned and another unassigned. You'll have two parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. Condo is located on the fourth floor and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!
*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $128.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

We had a nice stay, well furnished condo with plenty of sleeping space. Walking distance to whatever you need (beach, food, groceries, and entertainment). Pool was a nice break from the beach.

It was a perfect spot. My family and i enjoyed the Condo very much. It was very spacious and the bedrooms were very accommodating. It was perfect for our family. It was as advertised. We were only one block from the beach. There were 3 minor issues. Which was no big deal. The jets to the spa did not function, we couldn't find the gym, though it's advertised as having one and right when we got there, It was extremely confusing on how to enter the room. We tried entering the code provided in the email we received, but for some reason the Electric unlock code did not work. After 20 minutes, we notice these locks, locked to the banister at ground level, which had its own combination lock. We finally were able to gain access to the keys to the condo, but seeing how we checked in on Labor Day, management was closed and it was after hours, so we had no clue what to do, until we stumbled on those combination locks that housed the keys to the condo. Thank God the combination worked and the keys were inside. The place was clean. I'm not sure, but either someone stays in those rooms when it's not being rented out, or others from previous stays have left belongings there from the previous stay. Which I'm guessing isn't uncommon. Although, they claim that no pets are allowed, we did see a nice wooden dog food tray. So I'm assuming the previous tenants have brought their dog along on their trip, but sadly left that and several other items behind.

This condo had more than enough room. 3 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. Everything was decently clean and looked as pictured in the listing. Great location too. Everything met or exceeded my expectations and I’m looking forward to staying here again next year! Such a good spot next to some awesome bars and restaurants and more than close enough to the beach.
