The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
BEDROOM 2 TV IS FOR GAMING OR DVD USE ONLY.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The overall place was very nice, the beds are super comfortable which is rare in a rental. The sea watch is our favorite complex to stay in, lots to do for the whole family

We had a great stay at Sea Watch. It was clean and well maintained all around. Beach access was easy, pools in good shape and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities available within the condo and very convenient to have laundry facility available as well. Kitchen was well equipped. The pull out mattresses have seen better days so if we were to stay again we may take some additional padding (teenagers, not small children).
Overall it was a great stay and highly recommend!

My kids could have just stayed inside the facility the whole week if we didn't plan outings. My 4 year old lived in the kiddie pool and loved the huge playground. My 6 year old didn't want to leave the indoor pool. The indoor pool would have been nicer if more heated. We didn't use the arcade or movie room but I bet older kids like that. The room didn't have anything wrong with it, and worked well for our purposes. We did hear the sound of kids running in the room above us, but it's a huge place, so we didn't expect complete peace and quiet.
