About this apartment rental
DIRECT BAYFRONT 3 Bedroom Condo with an outdoor pool in midtown Ocean City! Great building on 56th St. just across the street (1.5 blocks and a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love this condo, it's direct bayfront view from the main living areas, expansive balcony and the master bedroom! Oh, and of course the best sunsets in Ocean City! This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 4th floor condo has 9 ft. ceilings, a full sized washer/dryer, high speed wifi and TVs with cable in all bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and large bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The building has an elevator and there are are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. The covered spot has a clearance of 6'6". Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**Please note fireplace is not operational. We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

Condo was beautiful and had more available than we even expected. Location was great- close to the beach, shopping, food, and entertainment. Plus there was a bus stop right out front. Staying here definitely helped us to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Overall the Condo was as described. Check in was very easy and our towels and linens were already at the property. The property itself was in need of some repairs such as the curtain rod in the living room was falling off the wall and the master door coming off the hinges. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with the Mgmt. team was great. We would rent again for sure.

The condo was very comfortable. Amazing views on the terrace. Pool in the complex. Conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and a short drive away from the boardwalk. Would definitely book again.
