This three-bedroom condo, located on the bayfront in midtown Ocean City, enjoys spectacular views of nightly sunsets over the water. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy living area that leads outside to a bayfront balcony, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The grounds of Sunset Bay also include an outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment.
Here on the bayfront in midtown Ocean City, not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need.

THINGS TO KNOW
The shared dock is only available for non-motored watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards.
The shared pool and spa are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

All was great except the headboard on master bed was loose and needed to use a stool because queen bed in front guest room was broke as well as headboard.

Pros: Home was beautifully furnished and decorated in a style we came to call a "rich and loving grandma" theme. Most furnishings and decor felt pretty high-end, if a bit dated. View of the bay was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Pool and walk to ocean were both really good. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Ocean City is always fun for our family with beach, boardwalk, go-karts and free concerts in the parks.Cons: All of use found the beds uncomfortable (bay side room mattresses were very hard, parking lot side bedroom mattress was lumpy and pull-out couch was, well, about as comfortable as most pull-out couches. I tried sleeping on the living room couches and while they were very comfortable to sit on, they were sagging in the middle when laying on them.Overall the condo was nicely cleaned. However, there were over 20 large silk flower arrangments which all were very lovely, but also pretty dusty. The throw rugs in the bathrooms looked like it had been a long time since they were washed. I hand washed the one in the hallway bathroom because it was so bad. I would consider staying here again with all the great pros, but its not a guarantee with those cons.

We had a good time, beautiful bay view, great location. However we could hear noises from Mackey's at night.
