Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, relax on the sun deck, use the fitness center or sauna, or enjoy the views from the pier on the bayside behind the building. The beach is just a short distance across the street as well. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days. SUNSET BAY AMENITIES -Outdoor pool and pool spa (seasonal) -Outdoor shower -Shared dock for paddleboards, kayaks, and crabbing -Fitness center -Sauna -Elevator in the building THINGS TO KNOW The shared dock is only available for non-motored watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards. The shared pool and spa are open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
