Maresol 503 will comfortably sleep a family of 8 between 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. You are sure to fall in love with the breathtaking Open Bay views, not to mention our legendary Sunsets all right from your private balcony. Maresol also offers a perfect central location to everything in Ocean City, with the Beach just a short 10 minute stroll away and some of the best local dining and entertainment, there is sure to be something for everyone in your family!
You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoying the Smart TV and Free WiFi. Maresol 503 has an open floor plan so you can enjoy family time without ever feeling crowded. The Chef in your family will appreciate the large, open Kitchen. With all the conveniences of home, and a view that can’t be beat, mealtime will be anything but a chore. There is also a Flat Screen TV though you may not ever want to turn it on with the open bay views right from bed. The Private Primary Bath has a Walk-in Shower, Double Vanity, and large Soaking Tub.
Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 is a quiet retreat with a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV, and right across the hall is Bedroom 3, with 2 Twin Beds. In the hall, convenient to the Living Area and the bedrooms, is a 2nd Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. There’s even a private laundry room with a full size Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it.

The condo was in a great location and we loved having 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bay views from the 5th floor balcony were beautiful too! I only gave 4 stars because the condo could have been more clean for our liking, and the furniture is showing wear and tear and a bit dated. I would suggest having the cleaning crew do a “deep cleaning” one a month (clean baseboards, dust all furniture really well, wash the furniture covers, etc). Although the cleaners neglected to vacuum the bedrooms or floors, or to take the dirty towels, the rental property offered to come out the next day to take care of things for us which was much appreciated. They were very responsive and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Visited for a weekend of golf and this condo met all of our needs! The location was perfect for a group that was on the move, providing a quick exit to the 90 bridge to visit Lighthouse Sound and to cut over to West OC. There were also great post-golf, outdoor restaurants only 2 blocks away in either direction (Fager's and Macky's). The bedrooms rooms were spacious, open living/dining/kitchen layout great for a group, and the sunset view was terriffic!

The location of this property and the view of the bay make this a prime spot!! The amenities such as elevator, pool, outside shower, 2 parking spots, and washer and dryer in the condo were wonderful! Being located in the middle of everything was extremely convenient. The only thing that could be improved was a deep cleaning of the floors and better condition of small kitchen appliances and provided pans. The furniture is not as new and nice as the pictures indicate but still nice compared to many places we have stayed in the past. We would definitely stay again and recommend Seaside Vacations LLC as their communication was superb!

Location was great. Easy access to everything in OC. Condo was a bit dated with older carpet, furniture and TVs. Issues with internet and connections for TV along with worn/stained carpet. Outdoor pool wasn’t vacuumed. Not a terrible/dirty place, just not what we expected for the price compared to other locations that we have stayed in the past.
