The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig and a blender in addition to the basic necessities. There is a full sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of San Remo building and there is an elevator in the building. You'll have 2 assigned, under cover parking spaces and the clearance is 6'8". Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! *For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
