About this apartment rental
Midtown condo with a rooftop pool! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo in Ocean City close to everything! Great building just across the street (1.5 blocks, a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and second bedroom has two double beds. Living room has a sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The condo comes with a balcony, free cable TV in the living room and main bedroom, wifi/high speed internet and a full kitchen too cook all of your favorite meals. There is a TV in the second bedroom but that is for gaming, etc. only. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of Sunset Bay building and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $128.75 A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

Condo had everything we needed. Perfect Location! Bus stop, restaurants, beach walking distance. The pool was on point!!

We travel to Ocean City twice a year and we never stayed in this building. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it had an elevator. It definitely made moving in and out so much easier. We really appreciated the fact that there was a welcome bag with paper towels, toilet paper, and a dishwasher tablet. I had an experience with a different property management company where there wasn't a SCRAP of paper products from the prior tenants (unusual in my experience). They seriously couldn't spare a square.
The condo was spacious and beautiful. I loved having the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The cookware was in nice shape and there was so much room in the fridge/freezer. The balcony is not ideal since you only have a view of the parking lot, but we loved everything else about the unit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This condo was amazing to stay at! Very clean and close to a lot of different attractions and food! Very close to the beach and pool on site is very nice!!
