Even better, Maresol 502 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays! You can stay Sunday - Thursday, Thursday - Sunday or weekly stays arriving Sunday or Thursday!

This lovely condo is located right in the heart of Ocean City on 52nd street and the bay, located on the top floor, you have stunning views of the sunsets on the bay from your private balcony. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoying the Smart TV and Free WiFi. This condo was great for myself, my husband, 2 teens and my elderly father. This is located in mid-town and close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The condo was exactly as listed. All the bedrooms have what seems to be newer carpet, and televisions. The rest has tile floors. The layout is nice and the balcony over looks the bay as in the photos. The appliances could use an update and the balcony needs to be power washed but it would not prevent me from staying here again. Overall this was a great condo in a great area of town.
