The location of this unit was excellent. We walked a block to the beach, walked mere feet to the closest restaurant along with souvenir shops and mini golf. The pool was great. The space in the unit was a perfect size for the four of us. The kitchen was stocked with pots pans, toaster, etc.
The only cons were that the unit could use some updating with paint and furniture but the unit was clean and that’s more important for us. Another con for us was that some of the amenities advertised couldn’t be found. We couldn’t find the fitness center or the fishing dock. We messaged Vacasa/host but they didn’t know where it was. Disappointed we couldn’t use our fishing gear but it was still a good family trip.

The location is great. Across the main road from the beach but right at a crossing point and an easy walk. Plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. The pool was larger than expected and was a nice perk. The condo itself was in pretty good shape and had plenty of room. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay. There were just a few small things that made me go with 4 stars instead of 5. The oven and washer/dryer could use an upgrade. Both worked, but the oven was pretty slow to heat up/etc and the dryer didn't always dry the clothes. The overall plumbing was a little questionable. Toilets usually took a couple flushes, shower drain backed up and drained slowly, etc. The elevators were very slow and the sensor bars didn't seem to be working reliably when we were there.
Overall I would recommend it, just know there are some things that aren't perfect. But it's a pretty nice place in a really good location and you'll have fun here if you get past a few minor inconveniences. Thanks

The place was clean and comfortable. There were no problems with anything in the condo. The location was good and the pool was nice. The check-in process was unclear. I did not see anywhere in the paperwork that we had to go across the highway to check in. Luckily, we asked a gentleman for help who happened to be there working, with his wife, checking that the condos were cleaned and ready. He helped us by giving us a temporary parking pass. He said we would have been towed if we did not have a parking pass. I thought the parking pass was in the condo and was not sure how we were supposed to park to go and get it. It turned out there was NO parking pass in the condo and we ended up using the one he had given us. If the car had been towed it certainly would have ruined our vacation.

The space was nicely decorated but could have been much cleaner. The floors were very dirty and the bathrooms were passable. Massive dust under the beds. The elevator worked and the room was close to it, so the location of the room was nice. Plenty of room for 4 women, temperature was perfect and towels and sheets were provided. Great kitchen and dining area for meals or hanging out. Be careful and make sure your curtains are closed! The sliding glass doors look directly into the Best western. I could see them so I know they saw me. Better cleaning service would get you that 5 star rating!
