The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Sip morning coffee on the private balcony off the bedrooms, complete with a two-person bistro table.
The balcony off the living area has a patio swing and bar seating for up to eight. Shared with the adjacent condo, this space overlooks the waterway leading to the bay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.
Reserved parking is available for one car in the carport. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the adjacent parking lot.
This single-level condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available.
The larger balcony is semi-open to the balcony of the adjacent condo (there is a partial divider wall).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was comfortable for my short three night trip to attend a conference at the convention center. There are lovely views from both balconies and a pool in the complex (although I did not use it). One thing to note is there is no direct access to cross Ocean Highway from 58th street, you have to walk down or up one block to cross over to the ocean. One significant issue I had was the user name and password I was provided for the Wifi did not work. I had to text back and forth with Vacasa for 12 hours before someone came to the condo and was able give me the proper user name and password. I was in OC for a work conference and needed to work in the mornings before going to the convention center. I could not use the TV in the evenings because the Roku had a PIN number and no one knew the number. Some adirondack chairs for either of the balconies would be a nice addition. The stools were only comfortable for short period of time.

The location was a short walk to the beach and otherwise close to amenities. Nice to have the little pool on premises. The unit was dirty (empty Doritos back and Doritos crumbs) and everything in it dated. WiFi never worked.
