Excellent location on the oceanfront! Attractive 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath and 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath units in a great mid-town location. Every convenience is included: fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a balcony with expansive views. The building has 3 elevators and an outdoor swimming pool. Assigned parking provided. Space is limited on the oceanfront-book today or miss out!

Overall the stay at this property was very nice. Great view, clean room, and great location. I did have an issue with getting our TV’s to work in both bedrooms and had to call at least 3 times before someone came up to repair. Our stay was half way over by the time it was repaired.
Also, we had an issue with the shades to the balcony. They could be replaced/repaired to work properly. Other than that we plan to return next year!

Place was bigger than it looked from the pics, and it was a pleasant surprise to find master bedroom had ocean view and balcony access. Washer and dryer were full size (yay!), and there was lots of room for storage. Only downsides were sliding glass door being difficult to open (from living room only) and toaster with slots too small for bagels, but there is a Keurig:) Also, appreciated note from homeowner about AC unit. We really enjoyed our stay and would come here again.
