This direct-oceanfront townhome provides stunning, sweeping views up and down the beach in Ocean City. The two oceanfront balconies are great for sunbathing or people-watching, while the nice rear balcony provides a wonderful spot to take in the nightly sunsets.
The lower level of the home allows direct access to a semi-private beach behind the dune, perfect for those windy days or for lounging while watching the little ones play in the sand. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean in the oceanfront primary bedroom, and enjoy bathrooms that were upgraded in 2021. You'll also be treated to a private washer/dryer, air conditioning, and an excellent midtown location with easy access to restaurants, shops, nightlife, and much more.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great mid-town location with direct access to the beach. There were a few issues that if we had been able to deal directly with local support would have been very easily addressed. Vacasa doesn’t know OC.

Beautiful location in central Ocean City right on the beach. Spectacular sunrises and sunset viewable from the property. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Could use updates too - slider on main level was very difficult to open, washer was rusty, and the carpet had a musty smell. We stayed in another unit a few years ago that was much better maintained and updated. Overall good vacation and great weather - the family made the best of it. With a few updates and a good cleaning crew, this place would be amazing.
